hello @castleman13 can you specify your pc specifications for depth review that would be helpful
Your crashes seem to be caused by the ewdzr2.dll file, which is not a part of Firefox or Windows. To be honest, I've no clue what this is. A Google AND Bing search show no results.
Your other crash is caused by the Adobe Flash plug-in. You can try to disable Hardware Acceleration and Protected Mode to get it up again.
Try disabling Hardware Acceleration.
- Go to this Adobe Flash Player Help page.
- Right-click on the Flash Player logo on that page.
- Click on Settings in the context menu. The Adobe Flash Player Settings screen will open.
- Click on the icon at the bottom-left of the Adobe Flash Player Settings window to open the Display panel.
The image "fpSettings1.PNG" does not exist.
- Remove the check mark from Enable hardware acceleration.
- Click Close to close the Adobe Flash Player Settings Window.
- Restart Firefox.
This Flash Player Help - Display Settings page has more information on Flash Player hardware acceleration, if you're interested.
Try to disable Protected Mode in Flash 11.3 and above by adding the line ProtectedMode=0 to the Flash "mms.cfg" file located in one of these locations: [46]
(Windows 32bit) C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash (Windows 64bit) C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash
For example, on a Windows 7 64-bit system, open the C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash folder, copy the file "mms.cfg" to the desktop, open it in Notepad, add a new line ProtectedMode=0 and then close Notepad, saving your changes. Next, go back to the C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash folder, rename the original file to "mms.cfgBAK" (to save it as a backup) and then drag and drop in the modified "mms.cfg" file from the desktop. [47] [48] [49]
Note: To re-enable Flash Protected Mode, either restore a backup of the original mms.cfg file, if you saved one, or else re-edit the mms.cfg file to remove the ProtectedMode=0 l line you added. Updating Flash Player or installing a newer version does not automatically re-enable Protected Mode
Processor: Intel(R) CPU G3240 @ 3.10GHz Installed memory (RAM) 4.00 System type 64-bit Windows 8.1 Hopefully this is what you are asking for
Now I can't view any videos on Firefox, I keep getting an error message that my adobe flash plugin has crashed. I can view videos on explore just fine.
Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.
In the address bar, type about:crashes. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

That File shows up as an LSP (Layered Service Provider) and is this chained in the internet connection.
NETCAPTLSP over [MSAFD Tcpip [TCP/IP]] : 2 : 1 : C:\Users\Marilyn\AppData\Local\DesktopTemperature\EwdZr2.dll NETCAPTLSP over [MSAFD Tcpip [UDP/IP]] : 2 : 2 : NETCAPTLSP over [MSAFD Tcpip [RAW/IP]] : 2 : 3 : C:\Users\Marilyn\AppData\Local\DesktopTemperature\EwdZr2.dll NETCAPTLSP over [RSVP TCP Service Provider] : 2 : 1 : NETCAPTLSP over [RSVP UDP Service Provider] : 2 : 2 : C:\Users\Marilyn\AppData\Local\DesktopTemperature\EwdZr2.dll
That makes it highly suspicious as being malware. Don't remove the file yourself, but you can try to reset WinSock via this command is malware scanners fail.
- netsh winsock reset
Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
