how do i keep my newly organized BM whithout FF sync bringin in old bookmarks and scrambling the entire library?

Again no one in the FF developers group has addressed the horrible Book Mark management system that used to work and is now a tragedy.

I spend an hour cleaning up book marks and deleting dozens of old ones.

??-- How do I stop FF Sync from bringing in old book marks, after I have deleted them in the browser. Yes, I did disconnect Sync prior to deleting them.? FF Sync has No Management tools at all other then a login.

??- Why does the sync take ALL folders in the book mark section and rearranges them across mobile, unsorted and tool bar????

??- Why is this so hard to fix and go back to merely 'chose folder' for the first bookmark action????

When I add a tag I now have a dozen plus bookmarks each one to its own tag now trying to clean up.

??- Why can I not rename folders and sort by folders when I come across them instead of having to go back to the root folder?

??- Why has FF not fix its communications issue with X-Marks? It works well with Chrome and other browsers not FF.

Hi ?-- How do I stop FF Sync from bringing in old book marks, after I have deleted them in the browser. Yes, I did disconnect Sync prior to deleting them.? FF Sync has No Management tools at all other then a login. - This is expected, the Sync account will merge all of the bookmarks connected to the account if you have syncing bookmarks selected.

??- Why does the sync take ALL folders in the book mark section and rearranges them across mobile, unsorted and tool bar???? Mobile bookmarks will sync in a separate folder from Desktop.

??- Why is this so hard to fix and go back to merely 'chose folder' for the first bookmark action???? If you click on the star twice of the page you have open you can edit the folder its in when you bookmark it.

??- Why can I not rename folders and sort by folders when I come across them instead of having to go back to the root folder? This is possible in the bookmark toolbar or in the url bar if you have bookmarks selected as suggestions.

??- Why has FF not fix its communications issue with X-Marks? It works well with Chrome and other browsers not FF. , X- marks and Sync are different software and were not designed to be compatible. Sorry for the inconvenience.
