I send mail from my [email removed]@optonline.net account to a gmail address and I don't get a response. I have a known and trusted person send me mail from there gmail process and do not receive it. I spend a lot of time with optonline help and the say there mail process is working fine. It was suggested that my browser could be the problem, so I am coming to you to correct the issue. I am signed up for Mozilla Monitor but not for Monitor Plus. I received notification that the Monitor data broker scan will end on December 17 so I want to take action before that date on the scan results I have received.
When I browse the list of Profiles and expand the individual items (via the down arrow), sometimes I see a button labeled "resolve exposures" and most other times I do not.
Why is "resolve exposures" option so infrequent? When that option does not display, how do I remove the profile?
