Why does my sidebar Bookmarks keep disappearing when I leave Firefox?

My Bookmarks do not not show when I open Firefox. I have enabled Bookmarks under View > Sidebars but they don't show and I have to manually make the visible every time… (emoñe’ẽve)

My wife lost her toolbar bookmarks after I reset this computer. Win 11. However mine were saved on another account.
