the browser still loads all the other websites normally the problem persists in troubleshoot mode clearing cache does not help restoring the OS to 3 days earlier does not help
have been using intego antivirus for a few months with no problem newsmax.com continues to load normally on edge browser on same machine newsmax.com continues to load normally on opera browser on same machine
windows7 OS
i have a backup computer in next room also running Win7 and firefox and it loads newsmax.com fine same as usual
makes no sense to me any ideas?

I even have my search engine set to DuckDuckGo, but it keeps Google as my search engine! I've emptied my cache and data too. How can I stop Google from hijacking my homepage? Thanks, Wally.
