Since win 11 when I log into my company time system called easyflow and I try and download the time to excel it doesn't open or go to the download folder. Instead a little extra window pops up in the lower bottom left for a second and then dissappears. Nothing is ever on the downloads the file never opens anywhere. Anyone know how to fix this issue??

There are times that I use the screenshot tool on X.com and the filename it saves to is WAY too long. Sometimes it tries to use the entire content of the post as the filename. I see this effect in the title bar as well. Is there a way to change it so it only uses a date/timestamp and nothing else? Attached is an example of this extremely long naming.
