1-2 times a day my firefox will suddenly stop loading or allowing me to click within any google suite webpage (gmail,drive,docs,sheets,etc.) and the only way I can get it to work is to refresh firefox. These pages will work in other browsers(chrome& safari) even when they have suddenly stopped working in firefox. I have removed all extensions and still am dealing with this issue.

Firefox won't let me browse www.Lowes.com. This is a major problem, as my business does a lot of business with Lowes.com. I can go to the home page & type in an item in their search bar and from there the website refuses to allow me to see anything. How do I resolve this? I don't know if I accidentally did something to my settings for this particular website?

Fonts in the digital issues of the LA Times are changed. They appear as serif initially, but quickly change to a sans serif which appears to big for the space. The headlines are squeezed together and touching. Body copy is affected also. How to keep the fonts as they first come in?

Starting about 2-3 weeks ago, I couldn't access one webpage in where I access an account where I pay some bills on. It keeps saying 'Internal Error', saying to call the website's tech support. This website works on other browsers, just not Firefox it seems.

I have set my settings to 'no proxy', and have cleared all of my history. I don't know what else to do to get access to the website back. I am also not a coder, and this is my only laptop, so I am looking at solutions that are easy to understand and won't break my computer to where I would need outside help.

I have cleared all logins and ALL browser cache and cookies, checked for updated version (running 155.0.1 for Mac OS) and restarted the browser. But still get a BAD REQUEST error when trying to access someone's Calendly page. I can load the main website of Calendly, but it will not load specific person's calendar.

I have also tried this in Private Mode. Can someone help?

I am a loyal firefox user and have used it for years. Security and features are great. I use Google docs constantly throughout the workday on my Mac and I am constantly having problems with Firefox. Google docs that I work in are constantly re-loading, incompletely downloading, going offline. I typically have 5-10 docs across the platform open at a time, and the problems are preventing me from working effectively. I have tried searching help forums and done the fixes suggested (repeatedly clearing cookies and cache, turning off protections, etc). Nothing works. Any ideas before I switch the Chrome (yuck)?

For the past few weeks, I have been having problems playing certain Facebook videos. It seems to only happen when I try to play a video that was recorded live. I have tried clearing the cache, I've tried a private window, and I've tried safe mode. I still can't get the video to play. However, when I copy and paste the url to Safari, it works fine. I have been able to play "live" videos while they are actually "live"; it's just that they will not load when I try to play them later. I don't have any problems playing videos which have been uploaded to Facebook; only those which were recorded live. The videos just show a circle in the middle as if they are trying to load but nothing else happens. The length of the video does not matter; it happens with short videos as well as long ones. The screenshot image (of a random "live" video I found) I am uploading shows a partial black circle in the center, which is a spinning circle in realtime. I have circled it in red.

I am building a game that uses the canvas. Since the last update a lot of images are not displaying. I have always used Firefox to test the game and never had a problem. Test on other browsers have no problem. I have tried on localhost and on a live server. I have fingerprinting turned off.

Hi, I can no longer login using Firefox (latest version for my mac 154.0) into a website that I had no issues logging into until now. Nothing that I am aware off changed on my computer during the last few months. I turned off protections for the website, but it doesn't help. It just sits there, no error message.

I can login into the same website, with the same exact credentials using Safari.

Any idea why this might happen? Does anyone else experiences the same?

Firefox fails on Hulu with "location could not be determined" even in a clean profile with no extensions, same IP/WebRTC result as Chrome, no enterprise policies, fingerprinting protection off, tracking protection off, NordVPN on NordLynx with no split tunneling.

Went on vacation and firefox updated to version 154.0 and now some of my websites won't get pass the login in says password dont match then changed the password still dont match. Called vanguard they said they I see you changed your password correctly not loading because of your browser which is firefox. I need this corrected how do I back out firefox version 154.0. internet redit also shows alot of people having the same problems.

my yahoo emails have all gone blank--the From: Mary and To: Frank in the top left of message box remains, but the entire message itself is completely blank. however, the messages show up as usual in safari. any help or suggestions would be welcome as i cannot reach any support from firefox. thank you.

I use WhatsApp web with Firefox 151.0.3 on a Macbook Air. In WhatsApp web, you should be able to emoji over a message sent by someone else. One clicks on the smile icon at the side of the message, the emoji pallet appear above and select one of a handful of emojis. Since a recent update, the pallet no longer opens. It's just white space, the cursor does not change allowing you to pick one of the emojis. See screenshot. Is there a fix for this please?

I am on the VistaPrint website and have an Ai support window open that I can't close because the entire window is not visible. I need the top of the window available to close it out and unfortunately the window blocks me from doing anything. I have backed out, logged back in and the window is still present. I contacted Vistaprint and they said it was a firefox issue and to try Chrome. I used Chrome and they are correct, I can access everything, went back to firefox and tried but the window is still present, if the window size could be reduced, I could access the top to close it. Please help.

I just purchased a Keychron Q1 MAX keyboard. To customize the keyboard you need to use the online Keyboard Launcher (https://launcher.keychron.com/). That website says that only Chrome, Edge & Opera are supported if you're using Firefox.
