When I start Firefox, no website will open. It states it is unavailable. Internet explorer works at the web sites. I have deleted and reloaded Mozilla and it did not help.
This started about 2 weeks ago. The Home page is Cox and it states initially the web site was under repair. Now whe Mozzilla is opened, a message comes up that the website is uavailable. Clicking on all of the bookmarks results in the same message. The message comes up instantly after the enter button is pushed.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

Thank you. McAfee had it blocked. I unblocked it and it now opens.
You're welcome
