With Google and Facebook especially, Firefox will log me out of my active log in session several times per day. This almost always happens when I close a session and start a new session, but will also occur throughout a continuous session. What can I do to fix this? I haven't cleared any of the active log in data in the options function, so I am not sure what is causing this.

If clearing the cookies doesn't help then it is possible that the file cookies.sqlite that stores the cookies is corrupted.

Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete cookies.sqlite-journal and cookies.txt, if they exist, in the Firefox Profile Folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.
