I've set with Mozilla.adm some registry keys with GPO on Windows 2003 R2 64-bit and I see the changes on the workstation but when I browse the about:config page on Firefox 4.0 I din't see those changes (and also no changes in the prefs.js file) Does Firefox 4.0 read information in the registry keys?
