Browser keeps blocking my catering software that I use constantly even though I made it an exception.

I'm only getting errors from that vendor (or their Microsoft Azure deployment) in most of tools so can't really assess what's the thing they're doing wrong — but generally you'd need to reach out to them as it seems they have a bug somewhere in their security logic — this looks like you're getting blocked and the responses end up looping. Have you been able to access the site since? (I just loaded it fine checking from within US and CA using a 140esr W10 machine.)
