I bought a new computer 7-1-25 and I wanted to contact you about problems with your update, but it rejected my Acct Key - and when I looked at the email I got with the acct key it said Windows 10 - which tells me someone hacked my old acct because I have Windows 11 as of 7-1-25!

Windows 11 is basically based on the same NT 10 as Windows 10 as to why it can appear as if you have Windows 10 and not 11. Your UserAgent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:144.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/144.0

NT 10.0 is Windows 10 and 11 as you can see at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_NT#Releases
