I come to Mozilla Support and at the top It's telling me windows 10 expires 10/14/2025. I don't need to know that I have windows 11. No one from Firefox to answer me directly??

I was told from a vendor I previously purchased from the insecure connection was on my end. Also on my Hotmail Acc. I experienced the same thing.

Thanks, Bill

P.S. I'm not tech savvy

Hi Bill, Firefox identifies itself as running on Windows 10 for both Windows 10 and Windows 11. Nothing to worry about.

On the secure connection error page, what is the explanation of the problem? Sometimes you may need to click an "Advanced" button to access additional technical details. If you find a code in ALL_CAPS you can check the following article that covers some of the more common ones: Troubleshoot security error codes on secure websites.

Thanks for your reply. I will follow your suggestions.

I appreciate your response.
