Hi Roger, if you think Firefox's privacy features might be the problem, try turning off Tracking Protection and see whether that helps. Here's how:

  • While on the first page, click the shield icon to the left of the lock icon in the address bar
  • On the drop-down panel, click the slider switch at the top to turn off Tracking Protection
  • Repeat on each new page of the site where the shield is not slashed through (the slash indicates that Tracking Protection is off for the current server)

Does that make any difference? If not, what error message is getting display?
