When downloading PDFs from a fax service using Firefox, the browser will sometimes download two copies of the file: first a 0kb file with the entered name, and then the actual file with (1) at the end of the file name. It doesn't always do this, but I can't figure out what does or doesn't cause it to happen.

Any suggestions on how to get back to downloading just one file with all the data in it?
