I haven't had the problem but I understand you can get rid of Colorways by selecting a different theme in Add-ons and Themes. If that doesn't work, here are links to two other questions (I haven't looked at them). https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1357039 https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1358219

Is this showing on the Firefox Home page ?

Can you attach a screenshot showing this offer to try out Colorways?

I have the same problem. I get this screen message every time I open Firefox. Also, many times each day as I'm using Firefox, and it's annoying. I don't want Colorways, but there's no way to stop it from asking. I finally selected a Colorways theme--but the "try Colorways" message still appears.

This often occurs when I click on a link in an email or on a website. When I do this, a new tab opens with the Colorways message, and I have to switch to the first tab to see the page I wanted to view. I thought I could stop this by unchecking the "Open links in tabs instead of new windows" setting--but Firefox opens up a new tab for the Colorways advertisement, anyway.

So, I get the "Explore Colorways" message, then click on "Not now," and then get a SECOND message that makes me click on "Start Browsing." This happens every time, over and over again, throughout my time on Firefox.

This same problem is being reported at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1358315

It is better to click "Explore..." and not "Not now" as that will make Firefox show this offer again the next time (don't know whether there is a max count as I've never seen it).
