when I print 4 pages I have to print each separately instead of "all" how can I fix this

Each time I try to print multiple pages, the printer prints 1 page . I then have to reload to print page 2 and then reload to print page 3, etc. instead of just printing all I called HP and the tested it and said the problem was with the server.

So if the problem is the server how is it a firefox Browser issue then?
