Are you using the 41 Beta version for a specific reason? Firefox 40 warns, but doesn't block.

Already installed or not Mozilla is going to block them if they are not signed. https://wiki.mozilla.org/Addons/Extension_Signing as of this morning there has been a push-back on actual blocking: Firefox 41 and 42: Firefox will have a preference that allows signature enforcement to be disabled (xpinstall.signatures.required in about:config).

So in Firefox 41 you can toggle the xpinstall.signatures.required pref to false on the about:config page.

pinterest already made an updated and signed version of its addon available at: https://about.pinterest.com/browserbutton you'll have to contact weheartit.com and ask them to do the same...
