I don't know if this is the proper topic, but I'm not sure what to call it. For the longest time I've had an issue with the settings being reset every time I open the browser - all my add-ons are off, all my configurations return to the original state, every single time. I have to manually turn them on all over again every time. Does anybody else has the same issue? Can it be solved somehow? Do I need to redownload Firefox or something?

I was using WhatsApp and i am facing problem. This account can no longer be used on WhatsApp. I have not done any such mistake on WhatsApp and my whatsapp is not working. It is very important to me. I follow all your rules and without doing anything here my whatsapp has stopped working. Please fix it quickly

I had to wipe clean my iMac today due to some access issue. Everything was gone !!! I had to re-install Firefox as the default browser. Now I want MarketWatch to open on Firefox every time I open the Firefox browser. Please send step-by-step instruction to this 82 yrs old lady user.

Also, I had Mozilla VPN. Please show me how to re-install/download/put back this service so that I can park it on the tool bar and choose to use it at will.

Please keep your instruction very human friendly. I don't comprehend well the "digital lingo".

First of all I have seen comments that say javascript is enabled by default in Firefox. Not on my cell phone, Then there are instructions on how to enable javascript in Firefox, that doesn't work either. Cell phone info: Galaxy S20 FE %G, model SM-G781U. Firefox Version 143,0,4.

I can not use the cell phone bill using their app because it tekks me javsscript is not enabled. Cant use Reddit, etc. Any ideas what is wrong?? Thanks in advance

I cannot receive a page from the copyright office because they say I have a popup blocker preventing it. How do I find it to turn it off. It is not in the system settings when searched. Help please.

Thunderbird seems to be saving partial emails if I have not sent them with in 5 minutes of starting the email. This email is saved in BIN but is highlighted as not read. I took half hour to write one meail and now hav multiple copies saved of this email! How can I turn this function off?

email remover was apparently removed in program updates. Downloaded new June 2018 tool, but it's a big mystery on where to look for it on T-Bird dashboard, and what to do with it once located. When I open the downloaded file, T-Bird creates an email!

Hi: I had the newest Update of Thunderbird Ver 52.7.0 installed in my PC running Windows 7 - Home Premium and was shocked that during this Update installation my foreign language Dictionary (Czech) installed in Thunderbird before this automatic-updating has disappeared. This is a very serious Software flaw because I was using this Dictionary for many years, and during several years I've added many unique foreign language words & terms and it is therefore very important for my correspondence with people abroad. My critical questions are:

1) does Thunderbird keeps a back up-copy of such an important part of this Software somewhere in the Thunderbird installation Directory so that I could recover/re-install it? 2) What are the specific step-by-step guidelines to install any additional Dictionary into Thunderbird? I've spent MANY HOURS trying to install a new copy of the Czech Language Add-On following the suggested procedure but it does NOT work - have anyone from the Programmers checked if this installation procedure actually works? An earlier advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

After the last update, Thunderbird no longer requires a password be entered to sign into my emails. Hence all my emails are available to whoever opens Thunderbird. How do I get the Profile Password feature back again? This has nothing to do with the Master Password.

How can I show my Favicon in my sent emails in the subject line? It shows up in the browser but I would like it to show in the sent emails subject line. Thank you.

When I try to install the Thunderbird Dutch language pack as an Add-On , then I got the message that the language pack is corrupt. It's not possible to download this add-on.

1. I want the subject line in each email generated in a Mail Merge to contain the first name of its recipient, and I may wish the body of each email to contain that element as well as others. Surely I should be able to do that using a mailing list from my Address Book as the source of my recipients, without having to resort to the use of a separate CSV file each time!

2. I believe I must identify each element to appear personalized by enclosing it in double brackets, e.g., {{First}}. But that doesn't appear to work, and neither does {{First Name}}. What am I doing wrong?

Since I updated Thunderbird yesterday, all of the messages I send — and receive — are sans-serif, even though I'm set to at least SEND messages in Georgia (serif). How can I fix this?
