bold textAfter waking up to no sound, I updated firefox, to no avail. Not only do I not have sound on fb or ig youtube, they all work on other browsers. Again, it has been updated, can't find a setting anywhere, just no sound from anything related to this browser. Please respond asap or I will switch for good. I don't want to, as I have many things saved here, & a good workflow, but...unacceptable I can't contact anyone about this either. Not ok. Please advise.

With the most recent iOS update they swapped the location of the settings button and tabs button. This was so unnecessary?? It just doesn’t make sense for settings to be sitting in the middle of the taskbar like that and while this is a stupid complaint, I really dislike the change lol. It’s annoying me very badly to be pressing settings when trying to change tabs.

Any way to revert it, or any setting I’m missing for a classic UI?

I cannot seem to add a bookmark from my iPhone. I have done everything on my phone to try and fix it. It just closes the menu and i open it back up and it closes again when i click it. I even checked every folder and link i had and the website i am saving is not there. EVERY other button works to my knowledge, or at least everything i usually use. I am beyond confused and feel i am doing something wrong but i am unsure. I would add a photo but idk how to add a photo of the UI not properly working on my phone.

Nothing is wrong on my computer. Well not anymore. I used to always randomly for no reason lose bookmarks when i moved anything around and had to export them often which i do anyways luckily. It was so bad i had to switch browsers on my computer and phone but tried Firefox again and it seemed to be fixed. But now this is happening. I'm a little disappointed that I will have to use a different browser to stream with Xfinity. I have asked for help to determine what could cause connectivity issues, but obviously it's not a big enough issue. Too bad, I kind of liked Firefox.

When I click on the settings menu, the menu seems to be indented and deformed once. This phenomenon has only appeared in recent versions. I'm not sure whether this is related to my login status or the size of my mobile phone screen.

Whenever I’m in a tab where I searched something and I click the three dots the app crashes and closes making it impossible to save bookmarks and etc when having a tab open. But when I’m on the home page it works fine. This is only a problem on my iPad since I first installed the app. My iPad is on the newest iOS update and so is Firefox, also have the latest iPad.

When browsing, if I leave Firefox open, go to another app such as messages, when I return to Firefox it opens a new tab with the default location.

Why can't I just return to the tab that was already open?

I log in with several Google accounts, one of them being my sons school account. Then when I do a search, I get a message saying that I can’t go to that page. In the url it says https://families.google/ … I then go back to log out from his school account (which uses families), but nobody is signed in. I then click sign in because I figure that will get rid of the problem. That, I cannot, and I end up on the login page to his school account. I stopped using safari and went to Firefox to avoid this exact problem and now it is happening again. It is seemingly autologging in to the school account, and they have restrictions on that account that won’t let them surf ads. How do I stop the automatic login?

I can no longer create or edit constant contact campaigns. They suggest I download Chrome, which did work. I don't like Chrome and would like to stay with Firefox.

I just updated my iPhone 13 Pro, running iOS 18.5, to the latest version of Firefox mobile (140.3). The app keeps freezing in such a way that I am unable to press the “open tabs” button to view my tabs. Restarting the phone fixes this issue for a while, but it’s been happening again and again in the last couple of days. This issue is impeding my internet browsing so much that I am considering switching to a different browser for my phone.

After years of hoping for a dedicated new tab button in Firefox for iOS, my wishes were answered this morning when I installed the Firefox 140.2 on iOS. As explained in the release notes, there is "a sleeker, more intuitive Toolbar and Tab Tray — with smoother animations, simplified controls, and a modern look that feels right at home on iOS." What's more, it replaced the (IMO) useless "home" button with a BEAUTIFUL one-tap new tab button! I was overjoyed!

However, a few hours later, my Firefox UI has reverted back to the old way. It still claims to be on version 140.2, so I don't understand how that happened. As far as I can tell, there are no options within settings to get the new UI.

What happened, and how can I take advantage of the new UI?

I don’t seem to be able to add a Home Button within the Browser since it updated to the latest version. This is very frustrating as it gets used all the time. Please explain how I can add a home button.
