Firefox used to have my background colors, and on the latest update, my pull-down menu and tabs are robin's-egg blue. I can't figure out how to get my colors back, and I hate that color.

How the hell do I get back control over my colors?

146.0 (64-bit) Windows 11 December 11, 2025 Turned on computer this am, Firefox webpage popped up telling me about what is in it's future but now my side bar is black print on really dark background. Help!

My Bookmarks Sidebar is now displaying with white lettering on a very light gray background, making it almost impossible to read. How can I change either the font color in the sidebar, or the background color?

I am trying to change the Android search widget background to transparent.

android:background="@android:color/transparent">

I cannot find the location of the XML file in,

/data/data/org.mozilla.firefox/files/mozilla

What is the widget file called? Is that correct path to find search widget files?

How do I minimize the web page when I don't see the usual icon at the top of the page. Now, I've attached a screen shot that does not show any icon of other means of minimizing that screen. I'm running Windows 11 and WORD 2021.

With the latest update, no matter if I've got it set to light or dark, the sidebar text and background are almost the same color. It's unreadable. There is no way to change just the sidebar, and it ignores the light/dark setting.

12/10/25 am my yahoo bookmarks are opaque. they are still there just not visible until you click on them. Later 12/10/25 I rolled back firefox to earlier time and all looked correct again. today 12/11/25 opaque bookmarks again.

I'm using W11 & Firefox/Mozilla 'Version 146.0 (64-bit)' in ‘Dark Theme’ - my sidebar bookmark in use is now 'highlighted in BRIGHT blue' which is VERY ANNOYING - can I get rid of this feature? Is there a way to adjust the highlight color/intensity? Please let me know. If there is no adjustment possible, please take care of this in your next version. Thanks, John

Hello, I love the new mascot wallpaper on desktop (and I hope we get more), but when will we see the wallpapers on mobile? I also would would a downloadable version of those wallpapers. Thanks!

After the last Firefox update (146.0), my bookmarks bar only shows thumbnail images. The descriptive text which was previously black text on white back ground now appears to be white text on white background. (Whether my system is set to light theme or dark theme.) This happens on all of my Windows computers (both 10 and 11). How do I resolve this problem?

How do I disable the cruft which appears in the URLbar? Specifically, the trackers detected symbol, the certificate verified symbol, the bookmark this page symbol, and the question mark symbols which appear on both the URLbar and the searchbar.

Firefox for Windows just updated to v146.0. Now I seem to have an extra bar under my toolbar and address panel. How do I remove it? I can't seem to drag it in the menu customiser.

The recent new "window fades away" when closing Firefox (or upon saving a file) is weirdly annoying and unnecessary imho. Obviously not a deal breaker, but I'd prefer if the window just closed. I don't need to wistfully watch it fade away. Thanks for the chance to offer input. Why am I even writing this.

I sure hope my bookmarks don't disappear like folks I'm seeing here today.

Firefox iOS updated this morning to 143.1 In private browsing it’s in dark mode automatically and won’t change even if changing to light in the settings.

Any help? Steve
