I have tried to move the bookmarks file but get the message 'unable to process file'. Also I cannot save any bookmarks

Having spent most of yesterday trying to do this with numerous restarts it now works - the mysterious world of computers never fails to amaze, annoy and frustrate!!!!

Note that this is usually caused by a corrupted places.sqlite file.
