I frequently use Safeway.com to order my groceries. After signing onto their website. If you want to change your order, you go to Order History and a number of options become available, one of which is Change Order. Within that option, you have a tab called "cancel my order". I have tried that, and I keep getting an error message that says ""System Outage due to Service Maintenance". I have checked with Safeway and they have said there isn't any service maintenance going on. The only change to my computer in the last two weeks was when my computer said "Do you want Mozilla to make changes to your compute". I checked yes. It is at this point that, while I can get on Safeway's website but cannot cancel the order.
