normally i just click the forefox icon on my taskbar and type claude.ai in the address field but today i was messaged that the claude program needed a mozila account - so I had to set one up. why and still cannot get to Claude

I don't think Claud requires a Mozilla account. What exactly do you see when you try to access it?
