Having an Issue with Quick Filter box
I am having an issue with the Quick Filter box on two of my computers - it doesn't work the way it used to. Previously, when in a specific folder, I would just type in a partial name or subject that I was looking for and it would bring up all the emails that fit that. "Tom" would bring up all the emails that included 'Tom' as a sender.
Recently, that doesn't work. I'm not sure if it is a new way of doing things or if my program is corrupted.

After you type in the search term, you have to then click the correct button to generate the search, e.g. Sender, Recipients, Subject or Body (see picture). It works here with TB 128.
When you say it 'doesn't work', what actually happens? Post a screenshot like the one in my first reply, and repeat with classic search (Ctrl+Shift+F) for comparison.
