I can download Firefox, but it won't install. Also, Firefox doesn't seem to be an option in the Microsoft store. Any suggestions?

I guess it's something with permissions. Perhaps you could install Firefox from the app store => https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/mozilla-firefox/9NZVDKPMR9RD

Or you could try downloading the full offline setup instead of the small online stub installer => https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release

Do you get any warning or error messages ? You can check the Windows Event Viewer logs.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support to see if that has effect.

Windows might be in "S mode" which only allows installing apps from the Microsoft store.

Your Microsoft account might have content filtering enabled which blocks browsers other than Edge.
