Cannot use Pen Tablet as Mouse

Recently updated my Firefox Browser to the latest version as of this posting.

Now however, even with Windows 10's setting "Let me use my pen as a mouse in some desktop apps" checked to on, my Wacom Intuos can only scroll and no longer highlight or drag links and images. This is really inconvenient to me as I prefer the mouse setting for pen tablets retained when using a browser.

Would appreciate any input on what can be done.
