I get this message even in safe mode and after completing all troubleshooting steps except refresh. This yellow message displays at top when I do a search at Walmart.com or do a speedtest on comcast. When I have Norton Password Manager enabled, the message changes to 'a script in Norton Password Manager is causing your browser to be slow'. A thorough troubleshooting by Norton says it is not their program. The message will go away when one selects 'stop it'.
