My environment: Windows 10 64-bit, Firefox 74.0 64-bit, Windows task bar set to autohide.

With title bar turned off, my maximized Firefox window is "always on top", which blocks the autohide task bar.

F11 twice brings back the expected behavior (i.e., moving cursor to screen bottom activates the task bar), but switching to another program and back to Firefox triggers the same issue.

If the title bar is turned on, or the Firefox window is not maximized, the task bar will work properly.
