Firefox 63.0.3 (64bit) on Windows 10

The popup claims to be a Mozilla extension. It asks permission for a "monetization" app. Avast antivirus and MalwareBytes found nothing wrong. It seems to be a redirect that opens the popup in addition to the requested web page. The identification within the popup is " r.svrtrack.com ". Screenshot attached. FF popup blocker is on, and no problems detected.
