Hi @the-edmeister, I cannot get a crash report because none is generated. I cannot start Firefox after it's latest update and after following the instructions in the linked article I found that the latest crash report on my machine was generated in 2014... somehow this issue doesnt get to the point when a report is generated. any other advice?
