Scroll bar arrows up and down at top and bottom of scrollbar are missing after latest Linux update. I don't want to substitute keyboard arrows for this and scrolling and reading is now difficult. How do I get the up and down arrows back, the ones at the top and bottom of the scroll bar that actually move up or down and not to top or botton of page like some add-ons? I don't want to switch to another browser.
