Hello, I am having constant screen tearing in fullscreen HTML5 videos, using windows 10 pro, an i5 4670k, a gigabyte g1 980ti.

Brand new install of windows, brand new install of firefox, issue does NOT occur in chrome/edge or VLC player or video games. I have enabled/disabled hardware acceleration, I have used many different driver versions and using Display Driver Uninstaller for each time I have installed the drivers. I am really not sure what to try this has been going on for about a month or two now.

I used https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xkNy9gfKOg to test the tearing.
