Every link I try to go to directs me that the site is unavailable?

Does this also happen if you open the same link via the Firefox location bar?

It does happen with SOME sites not all

This happens with some sites -- for example trying to get to billing via the link in PG&E I get a "Not available" message. When I try to go then directly to the address, it's "not available"
