how can I see what my son has been watching when you have made it so easy for him to hide his activities?

I think he has been getting onto adult web sites. I have tried to set my browser to not allow these sites, but I know he changes the settings , then changes them back. I also have been getting junk mail of the same . how can I see what he sees without locking him out of my computer?
