When I log into Mozilla and then go to a web site after a short while while still on this web site Abobe - Install Adobe Flash Player fills the screen and when I delete it I have to start again in the website I was originally in and therefore cannot print down anything because time runs out.

Please update Firefox to the latest version - Firefox 34. https://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html

You should update your Adobe Flash plugin since Shockwave Flash 15.0 r0 is outdated (versions 15.0.0.242 and below are blocklisted).
