I can't find a place to manage my payment methods. The only place I found that was when I check out and fill in my information in a store website.

The browser suggests my card and under that it says "Manage payment methods".

When I click that it opens "about:preferences#privacy-form-autofill" and then quickly becomes "about:preferences#privacy".

When signing in to websites, firefox offers e-mail address options that havebeen used before on that site. But right now it keeps offering two, one of which is incorrect, and I thought there was a way to fix that, but right now I cannot remember it.

This is explicitly for sites where I have told firefox *not* to save the password, and it is offering up potential email/login. entries *only*.

I do not want to tell firefox to not offer to autofill anything ever, because that saves time when the entries are correct. but here they are *not* correct and I need to clear them for this one specific website.

How do I do that?

Firefox always auto-fills in the wrong phone number. But I can't find a setting that contains my phone number. How do I change my phone number that Firefox auto-fills?

This just started happening a couple of days ago (after I upgraded to TB 140.5.0esr on a Mac, in case that's relevant).

Every time I type the word "address" in an email, TB changes it to my home address.

Anybody know why this started? And what can I do to turn it off?

I have searched Support, enabled media Autoplay for all sites, Page Info for individual sites. Videos play but never with audio. Currently using FF 134.0 (64-bit) on Debian 12, but recall some problems starting about the 133.0 update. No audio with Youtube, Amazon testimonials/reviews, etc.

Please help?

I was unable to find this issue online or on the forums, so wanted to see if anyone can help

-using FF for Android (latest official release) and 1password (latest release). 1password is selected as default password manager and I have disabled prompts for FF to manage and autofill passwords

-when visiting a site with a linked password, the 1password field comes up to fill the saved password, but after clicking, FF brings up a warning:

Fill anyway 1password can't verify the app or website should have access to your XXXXXX login.

Cancel Fill once

Clicking fill once will fill the password correctly most of the time, but this behavior didn't occur previously. Previously, the password would be filled without the extra Firefox prompt.

What I've tried and noticed -removing and reinstalling both FF and 1password, and clearing cache for both -changing default password manager to none and then back to 1password -occurs in regular mobile and "desktop" modes -started occurring maybe in the last month or so, and beforehand this wasn't a problem.

-this problem doesn't occur with other browsers -in the autofill section of FF, the "autofill in other apps" slider is set to off, and there is no way I can slide it on, however when I click on it, it shows that the default android password manager is 1password

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I have five old expired CC's that pop up every time for auto fill. However, when I follow the link, to Manage Payment Methods. It is completely empty. There's nothing to manage. How do I delete all the old stuff when there's nothing were it should be? Please see attached.

Firefox doesn't have my new credit card account number. My old card was compromised and replaced with a new card and account number. But Firefox still maintains my old account number and it insists on auto-filling my cancelled card number when placing an order on line. How do I update my credit card information, or how do I delete the cancelled card number?

My credit card payment methods are missing from Firefox's settings. I tried enabling every relevant setting in about:config and still they won't appear. My current relevant settings are shown in the attached screenshot. any suggestions?

So I've been looking for the saved payment methods in my browser since I got a new card.

I realized that it is gone and that has 2 consequences for me.

1. I Cannot for the life of me remove the currently old saved one.

And

2. I do not want to save the new actual one, since I seem to have no control of my saved cards and will not be able to remove it.

Also I made Firefox stop asking, but it does not get the memo and keeps asking to save my new card.

So the common thing is that the saved cards should be in "about:preferences#privacy" under "Autofill" and there should be a button that says "Saved payment methods".

There is media on this. pictures etc. youtube videos and it is a box that appears when you press it unlike about:logins which is a tab in itself, so accessing it this way seems to be no option.

Doing some digging and found this article https://support.mozilla.org/kn/questions/1443578 It does not work for me being in DK.

Downloaded a older version of firefox 142.0 to be specefik and it does have to feature / Button but, it also does not have any data.

So what gives Mozilla? Why did you remove the button and why is the data locked away?

Included are images of current version (146.0.1) having the button removed and 142 having the button.

Anybody else notice that when using the back arrow on some sites, it just won't stop back-arrowing? I mean, usually, when you have reached the very first site opened in the current tab, the back-arrow will grey-out and become non-functional. But some sites are allowed to embed an instruction which causes Firefox to just keep on back-arrowing indefinitely, without EVER greying-out the back-arrow; it just keeps on re-loading the same initial web page. The yelp.com website is a good example of this behavior. Firefox should prevent sites from embedding functional-override coding which causes the browser to behave abnormally like this. Another functional-override example are websites that, DESPITE having a global Firefox browser setting to NOT auto-fill fields, the site causes Firefox TO REMEMBER the data anyway, and then to re-display the data at the credentials step as a pull-down menu underneath the Username field and, more often, the 2FA field. Haven't seen any site yet override the no-auto-fill setting for the Password field, however...luckily.

Hi there! My payment methods are stored on Firefox and do come up once a box for credit card number appears on any site. However, I have only the option to add a new card but not to view or edit? Why? Please see attached screenshots. Please help - thank you.

The Address / Profile Autofill (full-form, 1-click filling) all of a sudden stopped working a few days ago. Only single-form works. I have to go to each box on a form individually and click on it to have the info fill in (Never had to do that before). And the "History" icon is showing to the left side of every info of mine that i click on to fill in (Never seen that before). Everything in the settings is still the same, nothing on my end has changed. It's set to automatically fill in my Name, Address, E-mail, Phone Number in 1-click, like it has THOUSANDS OF TIMES BEFORE. All my info is showing in settings, but not on any forms on any websites. The same websites i've been using all along, that filled in ALL my info with 1 click, all of a sudden went to single individual form last week. I asked AI what the problem could be. It gave me a few suggestions and fixes. Tried all of them, made no difference. All the settings it had me check were correct. HELP! (Thank you)

I am unable to view old payment methods in order to delete them. When I go to Settings, Passwords and Autofill, Payment Methods, Manage Payment Methods, I can only add new methods. The old methods do not show up, i.e. the list is blank. I have many old payment methods that I'd like to delete that show up in drop-down when I click in a credit card number field. If an invalid email address for To:, Thunderbird rejects the email BUT retains the invalid address and uses it as an autofill alternative forever. This is but one of many instances when an invalid address can be presented as an autofill choice.

Where are these addresses stored?

Is there any way to access a listing of autofill addresses and edit them to delete the invalid entries?
