For the past few days I’m unable to login to my Microsoft outlook hotmail. Whenever logging in I would get the message “something went wrong” with “click to refresh”. I’ve tried refreshing the page multiple times, clearing all cookies, restart my old lab top. Still, the same something went wrong messages. Please assist. Thank you.

I upgraded my firefox today to 101 I think and now I cannot search or go to any website. I tried to restore to a previous version and it said none are available. The only way I can use firefox to go on the web is if I go into troubleshooting mode. How can I fix this?

My computer had repairs, after the repairs firefox was Not working. I downloaded it again, and it was a newer version ,but my bookmarks were there. After my computer was turned off, then turned back on, a version of firefox, that came up was from 2006 came up along with bookmarks from that time period. The only profiles I can find(3 profiles) are all old, nothing with newer (from the last 5 years) bookmarks. How do I find the New profile that I downloaded just 2 days ago... that has all my 5 years of bookmarks? I tried to find this other account, with profiles, but was not able to.

I need support by phone!!!

Many of the answers suggest going to options. FIREFOX DOESN'T HAVE AN OPTIONS BUTTON.

I have e-bay on firefox Vista and (Microsoft and when I click on item watching and go into the item to move it to my watch list it will not work....... it this problem and I do believe due to the support on the computer. With said this is the only thin not working, it did it before and I remove fire fox and re-installed and it did work but this time I did the same and did not work. With said I do not know what I did but I thought maybe some one know what I can try to go into and do some clicking other wise every thing else works. I will tell you also that Misrosoft does not alloy now to open anything in e-bay......any help would be for help...... also all works o.k. on a i-pad.... for now any help would be great.... Tried to use my Google ID to sign in to a website and got the following message. "We're unable to open Google Sign-In. Please adjust your browser's privacy settings or use a different sign-in option" Can not fine any thing in Privacy options that will fix this. I don't want to set up IDs for every site. Thanks Pat

Hi, I'm about to upgrade my old laptop to windows 10, but it's not very powerful. The processor is adequate with 1.67 GHz, but only have 2 gigs of memory.

This Toshiba laptop can handle a 64 bit system, but came with 32 from the factory. Since the model is quite old, about 15 years, it's better I stick with a 32 bit install. My question is - how long will Firefox be maintaining your 32 bit browser with updates?
