Every time i would open the app, it would crash immediately. I uninstalled and reinstalled, had the same issue. Recently updated to Win11. Reported each time but can't get into the app so don't know what the error is.

I'm getting notifications that my hard drive is infected with a Trojan. It appears to be McAfee pretending to be from Mozilla Firefox. I can't get rid of the damned things!

there is a payment methods label in settings but thats is. its just a label under it immediately comes save addresses from other articles i can see that there should be a saved cards button but i have nothing why?

Hi there. The Netflix homepage is no longer displayed properly. Only the headlines are visible without the thumbnails (see screenshot 1). Netflix is properly displayed in screenshot 2 which was taken in an other browser. Can somebody please help me to solve this problem. Many thanks.

I tried logging into my account on a website. I decided to click on the passkey option to log in. Firefox had ask to access my passkeys and I mistakenly declined. But the pop-up doesn't happen again. It goes straight to "authentication failed" without trying to ask me again to access the passkeys. I don't see any setting for this in the settings page.

How do I change the permission to let Firefox access my passkeys? Or how do I make Firefox and Windows ask for my permission again?u I'd like to not have to reinstall Firefox if I could.

In my Firefox browser, when i try to sign in to Youtube, a window says "there was an issue signing in to Youtube" pops up. None of the troubleshooting articles are helpful for my situation. My Firefox browser is up to the latest update - version 146 on windows 11. Youtube works, but i am prevented from signing in to my account.

I have used Youtube in Firefox before by signing in to my google account, the only thing that has changed was that I went into settings and cleared my browsing history, cache, and cookies. Once those were cleared, Youtube won't sign me in and only shows that error window.

In my Firefox browser settings, I have set Youtube to accept cookies and have disabled adblock for Youtube.

My Youtube account is still accessible using Chrome, but not in Firefox. Youtube WILL sign me in if i use Firefox private browsing. I'd rather not use chrome since Firefox is my primary browser and I'd rather not jump through the extra steps of google sign-in using private browsing.

I do have a Google account with my school institution, but that has never been an issue (expect it won't open google maps for some reason, not the issue here though). My Youtube has always been signed in with my personal Gmail, not my school Gmail. I'm not sure if that's interfering with anything.

To reinstate the main issue: I cleared my browsing data and cookies, now Youtube in Firefox won't sign me in.

I had to get a replacement keyboard,and it worked for a while , And then about a week ago, no volume on you tube,google ,but i have audio on mirosoft edge. Checked volume setting's over several times. An advisor told me ,that the logitech keyboard maker,installed optional driver's , that could have caused this? I searched device manager ,to uninstall but didn't find it?

Greetings ! For the last two days I have not been able to access Facebook or Amazon websites. When I use a shortcut or try to type in the URL, the display says something like using Google or such when I have my default set to Firefox ( And I confimed that it is set as such). I can click on a tab or reach anything else ok. Also, those two are accessible through Chrome or Edge ok on here and also on my phone and tablet.I have cleared cache and such multiple time and removed extensions. It is just those two sites on this device on Firefox. I think there was an update recently too.. Thanks for an assistance anyone can give. Cherry
