How can i talk to tech support? unable to share screen on both zoom and ms teams. also, limited function within browswer and zero access to both ms teams and zoom via application outside browser. per endnote tech support, the problem with either apple or firefox. i need to go through the process of elimination where is the problem originating.

New sites online (foxnews.com, newsmax.com and others) will not load comments. Had to remove shield and try several things. Still a problem. Everything before 146.0 worked. I'm sorry I did the upgrade as all this takes too much time.

Hi, I need help with an issue related to how my website https://forganica.com/ loads in Firefox. The site works fine on Chrome and mobile browsers, but in Firefox some elements are not rendering correctly and the layout shifts on scroll. Is there a recommended way to debug layout or CSS rendering issues specifically in Firefox? And is there any Firefox-specific setting or developer tool I should check to understand why my site behaves differently?

I'm unable to log in to Telephone Service Co. - TSC Wapakoneta, Ohio website using Firefox, but Internet Explorer logs in OK. TSC Customer Service indicated problem was in Firefox, but Firefox seems to work OK on other sites. TSC suggested I clear cache & cookies. Is this a good idea? If so, how do I do that?

You did an update to Firefox about two weeks ago & now I can't login. Had to call EDD yesterday & today to talk to an IT specialist. She told me that Mozilla never contacted California EDD & for the last two weeks people, myself included haven't been able to login. She told me to use Chrome or Microsoft Edge, both of which I absolutely HATE to use. Well guess what I was able to login using Microsoft Edge.

Here's the steps Login They send you a 6 digit text code. You enter the code Then you get a pop up message that something went wrong & call the 833 - 876 - 9333 for the IT dept. Which only takes about 20+ trys to get someone.

Hi, I have an old PC with Win7 and Firefox 115.30.0esr (64-bit) (latest version from 11 november 25) and this website cultuursmakers.be has problems aka differences with Firefox 141.0.3 (of my Android tablet) and other browsers such as Chrome. The green heading block overlaps and hide the upper part of the content block. For example, if you select inloggen (log in), then you see that the user name (naam) is not visible and only the box for the password is shown. Work around: Right click on the header and select Inspect. In the Inspector (html column) select the header tag. In the Inspector (css column) uncheck in the '.header.--fixed' selector the line 'position: fixed;' Now the content block shifts down and all content is visible. Can you verify / fix that? Differences in the display of Firefox and Chrome styles on the website https://aistudio.google.com. In the first photo, Chrome and the styles look as they should, but in the second photo, Firefox and the styles do not work. I understand that this is most likely the fault of Google, which has prioritized optimization for Chrome over full cross-browser compatibility, but are there any solutions to fix this?

My new computer is having issues when I open a page some of the writings are coming out broken up and unreadable and the tech people at my computer company I brought it from says that the problem is the browser and not the driver. This problem only happens in Firefox and not Edge, can you help?

On a few sites that use recaptcha I am not getting a response to sending information. An example is Big Fish games, I have partial access to the site, am able to buy games, download and play. But when I attempt to sign in to my actual account, the part where my credit card number, game points, etc are kept I put my user name & password in but when click on the "send" button nothing happens, no error message, nothing.

If I switch to that "other browser" from Seattle there is no problem - type in the user name and password, click on "send" and I'm in with no problem.

I've asked Big Fish support - they are pretty clueless.

On two different sites that use fairly high security (for example, www.experian.com), I have been unable to find a logout option when I was ready to end the session. It's hard to believe that the sites don't have a logout. I have not tried other browsers with these sites, so I don't know if this problem is unique to Firefox. Is there a workaround for this situation? Am I missing something? Merely closing the browser does not end the session. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

When I try to sign in to Chase banking, it tells me to upgrade my browser, which I have already done. Had to use Edge to login successfully. Using Windows 11 Pro with current Firefox browser.

I have no idea what Firefox did with the update but it made navigating my Substack a royal pain in the neck. I cannot post, cannot edit, cannot share posts. Very infuriating. I have had to go back to Edge to get these features to work. Dashboard link does not work. Share link does not work. Cannot post comments. Infuriating.

I have an Illustrator file save on Adobe's Creative Cloud. Tried to open it from Illustrator today and got this message (attached). I won't have any Google products on my computer and I'm not totally sure about how much MS Edge would follow me.

Can't figure out why Illustrator wouldn't open or download an Illustrator file. Or why Adobe would direct me to Chrome or Edge.

Not just Adobe products though - my local grocery store wants me to use Chrome to order groceries online.
