When I open a new tab this website opens up instead of a blank tab. "https://search.rspark.com/?ytm"

I've set my new tabs to open a blank page, and I have the current version.

When I switch from one tab to another doesn't matter the webpage the page adjusts the content on the tab. For example I was on youtube and switched over to gmail and it adjusted the screen and when I switched back to youtube it did the same on youtube. I wasn't zoomed in or anything. I was just on the tab and it was fine and looked how it should but as soon as I switch to another tab it does it on that tab and then will do it again when I switch back to the tab I was on originally on. I'm on FF vers 113.0.2 (64-bit).

the start up section is not working every time i open firefox its blank again .all i want that whenever i start or open firefox i want to resume my work but its all goes everytime i open firefox all the previously open tabs are goes every time please fix this issue i have the open previous window option on but it still clear the tabs why

By mistake, I close a window with lots of opened tabs and can not get them back. In the past when this happened I went to history but now there's no available option in "recently closed windows".

I have used both the latest downloads for Firefox and the Private Browsing and have the same problem. Tabs won't open. Even a new tab to open Mozilla support won't open; I had to copy the URL and then open in the Private Browsing program to get in here. Then, the tabs that were already open on various sites freeze. What's going on?

So I have Firefox set to open a certain set of pages each time I open the browser. It does that, however, it's not the latest version of the page therefore I have to manually reload the tab to get to the latest version. This is a pain in the ass. Chrome dynamically refreshes pages each time you open the browser. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing or is this just how it's going to be?

I cant find anything about, how to have audio from multiple tabs at the same time, What i mean example: I want one tab to play music, and second tab to to play audio with podcast or something similar. Could you help me with this, I would be grateful.

I very rarely reopen my apps because I also very rarely power off my laptop and use sleep mode instead (usually times between actual shutdowns are around a week). So ubuntu snap likes to update apps regardless of app being closed or not. And once in a while I get my firefox instance closed without me doing it, this would be fine if after reopening it all my tabs were in the same place (or at least I could restore them), but they all gone. I can't restore a session, I only have my history and have to reopen all of them manually.

Please don't tell me to use laptop like a normal person or that I can just listen to ubuntu warnings about updates and close software once in a while. The point is that I don't have this issue with other browsers (also using chrome and brave). If one of this counterparts shuts down unexpectedly it always suggests to restore your session on startup. I know firefox has this feature, but it seems to not work in this exact scenario.

im used to be able to open firefox and all tabs restore correctly, but as of right now this function dont seem to work, i've attempt to disable and re-enable function and it's unsuccessfully, i dont want to fresh install FF, but tried install FF Nightly and it's reopen tabs just fine. what's wrong with main versions?

Hi, I have had an issue for a couple of weeks now, very annoying, when say in excel or intellij, I am pressing the tab button, and for example, it doesnt indent as it should 4 spaces, instead it goes outside of what I am working on, and goes to firefoxview in top left, and if I press tab about 10-12 times, after this specific and exact sequence, it will end up back in excel for example, in the correct place, and then will work properly, but only after it has completed the first 10-12 steps. It is not specific to one laptop, but also applies to desktop, both are apple, one laptop is 9 years old desktop is newish fwiw.

Tried resetting keyboard to default settings on both etc, no change.

Help appreciated.

Over the last few weeks, I would say four times in last month, all my pinned and tabbed websites disappear. Currently the space where they normally go is blank. Please advise.

I've asked this question a long time ago, and received no answers. I resorted to resetting it every time, however a new problem has come about, forcing me to ask again.

Whenever I open my browser, my tabs have reset themselves to default width. I prefer them at a wider width, so I navigate to about:config and edit the browser.tabs.tabMinWidth to 100. I have to do this every time.

However, for some reason doing this now also hides/removes tab close buttons on each tab, which is problematic to my style of browsing.

I had an userCSS file, but even after removing it as a test, the problem persists. If it matters, my style of browsing has me keep two windows open at any given time. I did try to change it with only one window open, but the change did not stick.

Only tab-specific add-ons I have are FoxyTab and a tab suspender.

Any help is appreciated, be it making sure the tab close buttons do not disappear, or be it making sure the tabs remain at minimum of 100 width.
