I have been on Facebook a long time and have been accessing Facebook on Firefox for a long time as well and never had any problems. All of a sudden I can no longer get in from Firefox. I get the message "Sorry! Something went wrong :(" when I try to access https://www.facebook.com/ as soon as I hit enter.

I can log in fine from Chrome (really don't want to use it) without any problems so I don't think the issue lies with Facebook.

Can anyone help with this issue?

The scouting association have updated their members website to membership.scouts.org.uk. This works, but from there is a link to my learning.scouts.co.uk. Sometimes this works but often I get "bad request, error 400". I've had to move to Edge when using this website. I didn't want to! I've used Firefox for years

Working on setting up a new PC build. I've had to use some PC support website chats and many of them have just not acted right? For example, one would allow me to start a chat but then sent me directly to closing the chat like we were finished. The others would lock up my Firefox many times. Anything come to mind as to why this is happening? Windows 11 Pro v24H2 and latest Firefox version.

I am unable to access my email thru Firefox. I receive an error message indicating Firefox may have a problem connecting me to access my email. I am able to access my email thru the Chrome Browser and Edge Browser. Can someone help resolve this issue. I am unable to find a phone number to contact someone at firefox for assistance.

As of February 13, 2025 the front page of the Washington Post website does not load correctly in Firefox 115.20.0esr in Mac OS 10.13.6. The problem persists even in safe mode. Thank you.

If I visit the website www.silviadesimone.it (I am the webmaster) through Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, I can see the visit counter in the left bottom corner of the page. If I use Mozilla Firefox (that is the browser that I normally use) the visit counter does not appear. According to the ShinyStat helpdesk it could depend on some Firefox plugin that does not allow the counter to show. Can you help me? Thank you

When I try to sign into eBay, a multi-photo comes up asking me to identify like objects in order to be allowed to enter the program. I believe Firefox is causing this problem. How can I fix the problem?

I know VERY little about computers. I have windows 8.1 and firefox. All works perfectly and always has.

I do NOT have any other "devices" I am disabled and cannot use a telephone so do not have one, well, only the old sort i use to get one time passcodes.

In the last few days, everytime i have had to make a payment to anywhere, i have had the onetime passcode "authentification" thingy pop up from Mastercard. Not a problem, works perfectly.

Enter virgin media..

When i try to pay their bill, the "authentification" thing does not load properly and hence it is impossible to proceed. Virgin media are worse than useless and insist it is something wrong with my computer. If that is the case, why does every other website on the entire internet work properly then, apart from theirs..

So basically, I'm trying to add a 2FA code, homever when I scanned the code using google authenticator, everything went normal. Homever, when I try to put in the code, firefox only lets me put 5 digits but not 6. Any solutions?

I clean out my cookies about a month ago and now every time I login to my banks, google calendar etc. I have go through the security sittings for each login. It's a hassle that wasnt there before I deleted my cookies.

I am using the most current version of Firefox with Windows 10. At this web site: https://tenthousandpots.com/ , I am unable to browse the majority of the site i.e., no products appear when selected. I also tried DuckDuckGo and had the same issue. However, when I downloaded and accessed the site via Google Chrome, the site worked as it should. I reached out to the TenThousandPots site and advised them of this and they said they've had no similar reports. Can anyone advise?

Несколько месяцев мне говорили что разбираются а сегодня написали что проблем нет из службы поддержки игры и отправили решать проблему с браузером в службу поддержки браузера mozilla ссылаясь на то что он не корректно работает и у меня старая ос.
