For awhile now I have trouble completing purchases on some websites when using Firefox. I need to open another browser like Edge to complete the transaction. Anything using "Shop with Visa" doesn't work and, for example, I just had to buy tickets on StubHub through a regular credit card submission. I bought them 4 times, got confirmation, and then had the order cancelled because it didn't go through. I called my credit card and was on with StubHub tech support. The final solution was to open Edge and make the purchase and it went through and I had the tickets a minute later. I'm now having the same issue trying to make a reservation at a restuarant through sevenrooms.com Its been sitting on the confirmation page for several minutes. I went into edge and made the reservation and it was confirmed with 30 seconds.

Mozilla Support reports wrong version of windows? I have a screen shot. The web site reports win 10 when I have Win 11 Pro. The version check on this support page reports the correct information. So Mozilla website itself is out of date?

When I watch videos (reels) on Facebook, and sometimes on YouTube, I share a video either to messenger or my page, the whole string of videos I have already watched goes back to the beginning of the string everytime. Only Firefox does this. I have 3 other browsers that work fine, but I prefer Firefox of course.

Hello, When accessing a site, the page is fully fogged and in the upper left corner is a "Close" which clears the screen. Not sure why this is happening or how to stop it.

For some days now the Guardian (UK journal) website can't be loaded. It's specific for Guardian, I have no such problems with other sites, and I don't have this problem with Guardian with Chrome. I've erased cookies and caches, restarted my computer, to no avail. I'm using version 146.6.0 of Firefox on MacBook Pro 2020 with Sequoia 15.7.1.

I suddenly can not sign in to my bank account. Started last night (12/22) and continues this morning. It worked fine yesterday morning (12/22). I can login in using a non firefox device without issue. What did firefox change and how do I fix it?

I am finding that occasionally using Firefox on Windows 10, that the Facebook page stops and wont let me open or upload files and AOL mail disappears although the site is open. If I go to using MS Edge both sites are OK.

I love Firefox but may have to stop using it as my default.
