You did an update to Firefox about two weeks ago & now I can't login. Had to call EDD yesterday & today to talk to an IT specialist. She told me that Mozilla never contacted California EDD & for the last two weeks people, myself included haven't been able to login. She told me to use Chrome or Microsoft Edge, both of which I absolutely HATE to use. Well guess what I was able to login using Microsoft Edge.

Here's the steps Login They send you a 6 digit text code. You enter the code Then you get a pop up message that something went wrong & call the 833 - 876 - 9333 for the IT dept. Which only takes about 20+ trys to get someone.

PLEASE CORRECT THIS SITUATION!!!!

Some webpages don't fully fit in the browser window. There is no way to scroll down to retrieve the hidden info. I can zoom out, but that shrinks the font to unreadable.… (tuilleadh eolais)

bonjour, quand j'utilise Firefox pour consulter mon compte bancaire, les pages ne s'affichent plus maintenant, alors qu'il y a plusieurs mois elles s'affichaient. Je n'ai pas ce problème si j'utilise "Chrome" ! Merci de m'expliquer pourquoi cette fonction ne "marche" plus. Quand j'utilise "Firefox", j'aimerais bien que cela se fasse totalement en Français !!! I cannot display Amazon Deals properly that contain multiple he products. The home page and single products display normally. should be. A page with multiple products has large blank areas where the product should be. If I move the mouse over these spots, a soundless video will often display.

My clearing of the temporary cache files did not help. Stopping Ghostery doesn't help either. Other add-ons include Last Pass, Honey, Review Meta and Facebook Fences.

Help is appreciated.

Recently I have been unable to go to websites where I have had accounts for years. I can no longer access sites like Chewy, Etsy, and even Pinterst. On the latest failure to sign in to Etsy the message I got is "Please enable JS and disable any ad blocker" I don't want to learn another browser. Please understand I'm a senior so not as savy as you young folks. My Firefox browser is 140.0 so it is up to date

Does YouTube not load for someone else as well? I just get an errors related with connection, tried both usual reload and forced reload. I get two different messages, deleted all the extensions that might block the website. Contacted the google support, they did not help, just said that problem might be in the Firefox itself. It works on other browsers though. Also tried it in a private browser, but to no avail.
