I was a Century Link customer several years ago and used their homepage. I have since switched to Cox and kept Century Links homepage in my settings. However it recently it doesn't always load when I start up my laptop it loads a different advertisement page for Century Link. I called Century Link and they told me it had to do with my browser (Mozilla Fire Fox) not them.?

Is there a way to adjust the timing of notification banners being display in the lower right of my screen... I notice that notification for "X (Twitter)" only last a few seconds, which is fine... but YouTube notifications will not disappear unless I select "Dismiss". I looked at Notification setting but don't see anything that seems to address that. Thank You

Hi, With ctrl+maj+del, you are able to delete everything cache cookies and such.. but is it possible to delete everything but speed dials or at least pinned speed dials ?

I have two computers. Both sign into the same Firefox account. Both instances of Firefox are the same version (134.0.1 64-bit).

On my main computer, creating a new tab is set to Firefox Home (default), and clicking the "+" sign to create a new tab results in the recommendations appearing as seen in the first image (firefox_2025-01-19_17-42-57.png)

On the other computer, creating a new tab is set to Firefox Home (default), and clicking the "+" sign to create a new tab results in the recommendations appearing as seen in the second image (firefox_2025-01-19_17-43-57.png)

How to I get both instances of Firefox to do the same thing when creating a new tab, i.e. organize the recommendations like the second image?

Sun 19jan25 Firefox icon on my desktop disappeared!!! I copied an icon from its file extension but is is just a PLAIN icon WITHOUT the FOX ;-( how can I do an icon with the Fox picture? Pl help :-)

Really loved that feature but both the tabs and the tool bar don't disappear like the used to, they just stay where the are.

You haven't provided an off switch for this "thumbnail preview image of the webpage" on my taskbar? I don't want anything dropping down from my task bar on hovering over it.

This is a new thing, that Firefox for some reason thought was a good idea. Mouse hovering on my taskbar, and have a drop down thumbnail preview image of the webpage?

Hi, I recently discovered the built in firefox tab group and found out the you can minimize/expand the tabs in those groups by double clicking on the name of the group.

I would like to know if there is a way to do that with a single mouse click rather than a double ?

I'm a bit tired of having my browser window minimizing each time I missclick.

I'm running on Windows 10 and 134.0.1 firefox version

Hello, when I download PDFs and open them in the Firefox browser, only the text blocks or image blocks have a white background. The rest of the page then has a dark background. I have already checked things like dark mode etc. Do you have any suggestions for a solution?

Some time recently the search engine icon for Wolfram Alpha, on the drop down from my address bar, disappeared and changed to a gray circle with a white magnifying glass in it.

I've tried clearing startup cache, didn't fix it; removing the WolframAlpha Search Engine extension, restarting Firefox, then adding the extension again, didn't fix it. I'm afraid I'm already about out of ideas.

How do I get it to stop being that gray magnifying glass thing, and go back to Spikey?

Recently I am no longer able to pin extensions to the tool bar.

I click on the puzzle piece and get to the list of installed extensions. Next to each extension I click on the three dots to get to the pull down menu, and it only shows remove, report and manage. Within manage there is nothing about pinning.

I went through this with the support group for one of my extension thinking it was an issue with them,, but after troubleshooting with them they say it is an issue with Firefox.

Sam issue in private windows, and same issue in troubleshoot mode.

Firefox 134.0.1 (64bit); Windows 11

I was able to pin extensions in the past. Is this because of a recent automatic Firefox upgrade? Any know solutions? Thanks
