When I first start up my laptop and open the Firefox browser, I see a notification that an un-authorization exception has occurred.

I used to ignore these, but today I clicked through to see the extended code and it looks like the unauthorization was to log into my bank account at CHASE, which is concerning. I have a separate login, not an automatic one. I someone trying to get into my bank account?
