Hi,

I am managing some linux servers in schools.

Actualy a lot of users are working with firefox.

Depending on how the user is working with firefox, the profil may reclaims a lot of disk space.

Is there a tool working like :

firefox_cleaning_tool /path_of_profile /options xxx

with some options like : cache / etc...

For exemple : the tool flushes profiles caches files and user have no action to do to continue using firefox as usual

this kind of tool should run every month (ie with crontab)

Is there a way to do that ?

I can manual flush some folders contents but I am afraid to do mistakes.

Good morning, after today's FF update - right click dropdown menus are terrible! Nothing works for me... Opening new windows, new tabs, adding to bookmarks, copying, pasting, etc... How can I turn it off because I can't use it. I need to have a menu like in version 133.0.3. If I can't change it, I will have to change the browser because I can't use it! hi i was wondering if workspaces could be separated like a new profile. i have two workspaces but singed in google account on one workspace still shows on another workspace. is there any way to fully separate the two workspace?

I'm expressing a strong dislike for the very shortened list of paper sizes in Firefox in the Print function.

One big reason I use Firefox over Chrome and MS Edge is the long list of paper sizes. Now the list is a small fraction of what was there. And how many people know what sizes are the likes of A4, B3, JIS-B4. It takes extra time to figure out what works best.

The old list with Letter Plus, Letter Extra, Legal Plus, etc. was MUCH MORE useful. If I were to eliminate anything, it would be the meaningless A5, B5, etc.

At least give us an option of the old or too short new list of paper sizes.

If my comments aren't appropriate in this forum, please provide a link to where I can submit it.

Hello, I have many PCs in my home. Office, Kitchen, Lounge, Bedroom, Man-Cave etc etc etc. I do most of my work on my main PC, but I move around a bit. So I would like to be able to copy My entire Firefox Nightly Build across all my PCs. I have about 16 profiles set up for various jobs. I have seen a few posts that tell me to copy the User/appdata/roaming/firefox folder from one pc to another, but after trying this I ended up with nothing. Is there a simple folder selection I can sync across my network? Thanks

Pinterest has been slow to load for the past month. Now it will not load at all. It works fine in safe mode. A fresh install of Firefox did not help anything? I see other folks are having the same problem. Amazon and Facebook are now doing the same thing in Firefox. These 3 programs work without issue in Chrome Brave and Edge. Any one have a fix?

I returned to Firefox again years ago, having stopped using the splendid browser. But due to fashion or following trends, I migrated to a browser from another company. I've returned to my beloved Firefox, which has brought me so much joy. However top me with a terrible unknown.

The browser I stopped using. It has an attractive simple, and useful home screen for selecting accounts for the user, which multiple accounts.

I haven't found any similarity in my dear Firefox.

Do you have a feasible solution, since searching the internet, the community is clamoring for it.

Something about corruption risk. But i wanted to keep the profile because i customized with a lot of plugins, themes, already.

So i edited the INI file the version number with the newer version number and then it worked and as far as i can see there are no problems. Is this okay?

We've used Quikbooks for 10 years + on our desktop. After learning the Desktop QB is no longer supported, we attempted to purchase - access, QB online. This required us to return the desktop version, be credited the purchase amount, as we were prohibited use until this Process completed. Now complete! As Techsoup processes have changed, all the back-forth, just not sure. Prior to QB Icloud purchase- need to confirm we didn't already make purchase & guidance re How to access- use online QB version. I had to do a clean reinstall of MacOS. I've copied my old profile info from Time Machine to /[user]/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles, but when I open Firefox, it doesn't find the data. What am I doing wrong?
