When I move the cursor over the bookmarks bar the Tabs bar opens and closes causing the bookmarks to move up & down and prevent the cursor from using the bookmarks bar, How can I fix that?

I get this msg from FIrefox when I try to login from the webpage kp.org. I have no problem on Microsoft Edge.

"The page isn’t redirecting properly"

Also on NBCwashington.com/weather the video doesn't play on Firefox but does on Microsoft Edge. I contacted NBC Washington local station and they can find no problem on their web page.

Since the 2 APR 2024 FF update, Washington Post articles are not displaying fully. When opened, the article flashes the full version, then only displays the top photo and the first two paragraphs. When opened in EDGE, all articles open fully as expected. This issue is only occurring in FF.

Actions taken: Cleared cache, same result.

Please advise.

Firefox has long been my browser of choice on all platforms. I am switching from Windows to Linux and have recently found problems playing some videos on the Linux version of Foxfire. I don’t know if it’s a matter of having the right codec or something else. The videos play with Chromium on Linux and with Firefox on my Android smartphone. Verification of website says part of innovation project with Mozzilla A new A.I. site popped up called Solo which lists it as "a Mozilla Innovation Project" focused on developing an AI website builder for solopreneurs for free. The site is SOLO.ai and I need to know if this is affiliated with the "Mozilla Innovation Project" that the site says is part of mozilla? The person that corresponded with me is a Raj Singh

When I receive an email that has a link, Firefox opens without any of my settings. This also happens with Firefox pop-ups, which indicate I don't have certain products, such as Web Advisor, even though I do.

I guess the first question is why a new iteration of Firefox is opened when I already have it running.

I have Firefox currently installed on my Windows 10 computer as a backup browser. Normally I don't run it and it isn't the default browser. However, for the past couple of days the Firefox Crash Reporter keeps popping up when I don't even have Firefox running. I can't see anything running in the Task Manager that looks as if it might be related to Firefox. Why on earth does this keep happening?

When I open a page from Fox I get a message in a ribbon" Firefox is installing components needed to play the audio or video on this page. Please try again later." Really everything seems to work and there is an x to close the ribbon. Just wondering if I need to adjust any settings. Thanks

On Opera and Chrome, I am logged in as a google user. I make a diary available from a web page which is limited as to how the viewer sees it. If I (or another authorised user) is viewing it then they see all the detail. If anyone else sees it then they only see 'busy' against all the bookings. This has worked fine for years.

On changing to Firefox, though, when the web diary is accessed - even though I am logged in properly - it only shows the 'busy' view. It seems as if it's not maintaining my google login, hence showing the 'incorrect' view.

Is there anything that I can change to make this work properly?

Edge and Chrome directly open embedded government pages, such as https://www.nifc.gov and https://hazards.fema.gov/nri/map, that "Firefox Can't Open." "To protect your security," Firefox requires each to be opened in a new window. This is an incentive for users to switch to Edge or Chrome and stop using Firefox. All .gov pages should be safe to open even if they do not "utilize x-frame options or a content security policy to control whether other websites can embed them."

If an URL already have many tags or longish tags I can no longer see suggested tags when starting to type tags. Image example illustrates. This URL already have the following tag list:

1942, Air_Ministry, boost, cruise, memorandum, MP, rpm, Spitfire, Spitfire_MkIX, Spitfire_MkV, Spitfire_MkVI

Old behavior was if started to type ", spi" it would list suggestions:

Spitfire Spitfire_MkIX Spitfire_MkV Spitfire_MkVI

Easy & clear to select from.

Now it lists all already existing tags before each suggestion:

Suggestions are scrolled right invisible outside the input box.

Who thought this was a good new feature? It adds nothing, I can already see existing tags, why would I want to see them repeated for each new suggested tag (while not actually seeing the suggested new tag)?

How can I turn this *!$&@! off and return to old behavior?

Why am I getting the message below every time I try to go on the The Great Courses website? The Great Courses Customer Service Dept it is Firefox that is blocking me from accessing their website. Please tell me how to correct the problem.

Past few times now every single time i boot up my PC, Firefox instantly opens itself and immidietly redirects me to a add. It's been casinos etc, i've disabled my addons just in case that is what was causing the issue also i do not have Firefox set to instantly open on PC start up either yet it does for some reason.

Why can the Firefox source code (view-source) of a website be nearly three times the size compared with Chrome/Opera or when I save the Firefox source code marked and copied and then pasted and saved via an editor?

Example: Firefox 546,6 KiB Chrome/Opera 204,3 KiB via Editor 204,3 KiB (marked and copied Firefox source code)
