i got the pop up vpn is available but i cant find it anywhere
I have been trying to install the VPN but Win won't let it install. Tried all the hacks, tricks, suggestions, help files but no installation.

Can't find access to sign ups for VPN.
Mozilla Vpn tells me i'm not connected to internet, so i am, and it do not start.
When I press the button "Turn on VPN" nothing happens even though the option is there and I'm signed into my mozilla account. Same issue on other devices as well.
I'm signed up and I get a window that says, to turn on VPN, Click the Turn On button. When I click VPN near the upper right corner of the browser, I see only a Get Start… (tuilleadh eolais)

If I click the Get Started button, it re-opens the window that indicates I'm signed in and tells me to click the Turn On button, again.

I have Windows 11 and Firefox 150 and I have created an account and logged in and I have yet to see a 'VPN' on the upper right toolbar? How do I activate the VPN?

I know this is vague, but it's literally everything I can muster. I looked through the settings, and nothing there helped.

The first step from your [Set up VPN] article says:
"Look for the VPN setup prompt in the top-right corner of your Firefox toolbar.
Click Next to begin the setup process. "
Yet I am not receiving this prompt.
I have logged into my account, encountered issues with my authenticator app and back up keys not being saved, and so signed up with a new mozilla account using my secondary google email. (This account I am raising this ticket with now. My primary account/email is [edited email from public] @gmail.com).
Hoping you can clarify or give an easy route into activating this wonderful new service you've announced. Am I right in understanding that it is different (ie. built-in and free?) to your Paid Service ?

Hi, I got a message the browser was updated and a VPN option added. The instruction said there would be a button on the toolbar, there wasn't. It then said if not, go to customize toolbar and add the button. However, there wasn't a button to add from the selection. So what's up??
