I am unable to open certain sites, like Medicare claims, which I've had no trouble with in the past. I get an error message "To protect your security, api.medicare.gov will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window." This happened with another site as well. Please advise.

(sorry, don't know how to find or edit original question) It occurred to me to try reloading firefox, there was an update, & I can download pdf's again. So ignore previous question.

I used to be able to save bookmarks by selecting in a dropdown menu where I would like to to save the bookmark. I no longer see a dropdown menu when I go to save a page. It automatically saves the last folder used for bookmarks. It is a little confusing because I have to go search for the bookmark and move it into another folder. I don't know if this is due to an update or if I somehow changed the settings but really want to be able to select which folder I am saving my bookmarks to. Can I change this in the settings?

I donated to AdBlock on my other computer (Firefox) had to uninstall Firefox because it opened up in a tiny window to the left of the screen so In uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it and now the AdBlock is gone The payment went to their processor "Paddle" the payment is in my online bank statement

I'm trying to help my wife install firefox on her desktop computer, which is right next to mine. Her MAC has an operating system Big Sur version 11.5.1. with 8 g of memory.When I did it sometime ago, it was easy. Now I'm confused as to how to proceed.

I'm unable to watch videos on Crunchyroll. When I try to watch a video, the video becomes a static image of one frame. When I switch tabs and come back to the video, or hit refresh, it changes to the latest frame of the video but freezes once again. I have the latest version of Firefox and am using a Macbook. Per suggestions I have found online, I have tried disabling all my extensions, deleting my cache, deleting the Firefox folder in my ~/Library, making sure DRM content is enabled, and uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox altogether. Nothing works. Was hoping to switch over to Firefox since Google Chrome has banned ublock origin, but I keep running into these obnoxious video problems. The same issue also happens on Amazon Prime Video, but only when I press full screen.

I ONLY want to use Firefox 55.0. My computer doesn't like your modern Microsoft type of Browser, Please supply ONLY FIREFOX 55.0.

I have used Fire Fox for years. Love it. recently I can no longer use because when you try to use metamask and connect hardware wallet (trezor) it does nothing. Metamask tech support says its on you guys. Please help I don't like using crome (using Mac Sonoma 14.6.1 and Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7) both do the same thing)

Open Fire Fox Click on Metamask extention Enter password Select "Connect a hardware wallet" Select "Trezor" Select "Continue" Nothing happens --dead

I've got a question/suggestion about Picture in Picture feature. Why "Close" button works the same as "Back to Tab"?

Scenario: Close the Picture in Picture video by clicking on the [X] button or Cmd+W shortcut.

Actual result: Picture in Picture closes and Firefox window opens, on the tab containing the video. This is very strange behaviour. If I close the video, I don't want to watch it now. Essentially "Close" button works exactly like "Back to Tab" button - so what's the point? If I wanted to switch to the tab - I would click on "Back to tab".

Expected result: I expect Picture in Picture video to close and nothing else to happen. Don't open the window/tab containing the video.

I just cleared all my (Firefox) cookies, history, and caches. In the process, I must have deleted how Facebook texts a code for me to log in. How do I set that up again?

I recently deleted accounts and passwords that were stored in Firefox under my web browser account. Is there anyway I can get that data restored? I have access to the same email/account in Firefox, but need to restore the deleted website account/credential data.

I've been trying to watch live sports events on SECN+ through my Hulu subscription, but I'm encountering an error message stating, "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." I discovered that Firefox is blocking the stream, while it works perfectly on Chrome. With the college football season and other sports events approaching, I’m concerned that if this issue persists, I may have to stop using Firefox, which I've relied on for over two decades. This a a problem with the interface of a website, its missing a lot of the sections of text and stuff. The first attachment is what it looks like on firefox, and the following one is on safari. I've tried disabling the security limitations on the site to no avail. I'm on Mac.
